What I love about this company is that they are cruelty-free. It is one of the most important things for me in a cosmetics and wellness manufacturer. Eating animals for sustenance is one thing. Using and experimenting on them for our beauty is a whole other story. I don’t ascribe to it, and I make an attempt to make my friends and family aware of the nature of such things, if it happens to come up. I am not some militant animal rights person who shoves agenda down people’s throats.
Beauty counter is one of those newer companies, which entered the scene in 2013 and has hit the ground running. I respect a company which goes all-in, and tries to make a difference in an industry and field which is already seemingly saturated with such things. You could say it is a suicide mission for the company to try and tackle the others, but if you have a good product, and a smart (and aggressive) marketing department, there is a lot that you can make happen for yourself. This is business.
Gregg Renfrew seems to be someone who actually cares what she is designing and developing for her clients and customers. This is a person I can get on board with, and it is so good to know that there are some people out there who are not just going along with the herd.
The Beauty Counter Eye Cream was reviewed earlier by Maple Holistics, and they found that if you use it as directed, morning and evening, you will be able to see results before your very eyes. Or rather, under your very eyes. It won’t be as effective with skin which is already is some kind of bad shape, but it will be beneficial for those who are looking to prevent damage and perhaps alter minor things.
Not all eye creams work this way. Some are pretty harsh, even though they are meant to be put around one of the most sensitive areas of the human body, skin-wise. The skin around the eyes is prone to damage, because of its location and necessary delicate nature. Being so close to the eyes comes at a price, and that price can be mitigated by using the right kind of eye cream.
Make an attempt to get yourself some samples. There are websites who give them away. There are companies who choose to give away certain prooducts in return for an honest review. Try to get some of those in your life, and you will be able to see how it feels like. If the samples are just for one or two uses, forget it. You need a sample which will last a few weeks at least, and if you can find that, you should definitely go for it.
Whether in the day or night, we need to protect our eyes. A big floppy hat, some sunglasses, and cream to put on before bed and after you wake up.
